Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
  • In-stock items usually ship within 1–3 business days.
  • Made-to-order or special items may require additional time. Estimated lead times will be provided on the product page or communicated via email.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We partner with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight services for oversized items.
  • Shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Domestic & International Shipping

  • Domestic (USA): We ship nationwide, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
  • International: For international shipping quotes, please contact us at Sales@Suvneer.com. Note that customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees.

Freight Shipping (Large or Oversized Items)

  • Large products, such as bumpers, hoods, and body kits, will be shipped via freight due to their size and weight.
  • Freight deliveries may require a loading dock or an appointment for residential delivery.
  • Customers must schedule a delivery appointment with the shipping company for freight orders.

Shipping Delays & Backorders

While we aim to ship your order promptly, delays may occur due to:

  • Inventory shortages
  • Manufacturer lead times
  • Import/customs delays

We will keep you informed if your order is delayed or on backorder and provide regular updates.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become available.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
  • We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and finding a solution.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Suvneer Motorsports™ cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additionally, all items must be shipped to the billing address linked to the payment method used.
